Information we collect

When a player registers we collect the details needed to run the league: name, email, phone, positions, experience, emergency contact, optional notes, waiver signature and payment status (for example an e-transfer reference). We do not store credit card numbers.

How we use it

• To place players on teams and manage rosters.
• To confirm waivers and verify fee payments.
• To send registration confirmation and league messages.

We never sell or rent personal information.

Who can see it

Only league administrators can see the full player list. Team reps see only their own team, and only with their team access code. Other visitors cannot view any player information.

How we protect it

• All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Access rules on every record limit who can see what.
• Team codes are stored scrambled and cannot be read back.
• Repeated wrong team-code attempts are temporarily blocked.

Cookies and browser storage

We only use essential storage: keeping administrators signed in and saving a registration draft on your own device so you don't lose your progress. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing your browser data removes these.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@alignwithnix.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).
